Testimonials

Vintage-by-the-Sea began life in 2010 and in April 2023 I also opened our shop in Marske-by-the-Sea.&nbsp; I completed my Master of Arts in Antiques from the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, but my interest in antiques and collectables was influenced by my late Great Grandfather and late Great Uncle, who each enjoyed their specialisms in antique jewellery and furniture respectively. Like them, I am committed to offering value as well as quality to customers both new and old. I hope you enjoy browsing the collections of antique, vintage and retro items . Returns & Refunds by Vintage by the Sea Ltd

1. Overview We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement. A French gilded cased carriage clock. A stylish Edwardian period case with extending side columns and standing on bun feet. A gilt dial surround. A recessed enamel chapter ring to the dial. A decorative carrying handle. A square top glass showing the moving escapement wheel. Some small areas of wear to the gilding but nice to have an original example! An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. Circa 1910.
