Returns & Refunds
1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement. This policy applies to all online orders placed through our website.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without needing to give a reason.
*You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days.
*After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Refunds include the cost of the item and the original standard delivery fee.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect.
3. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a free return and a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund.
4.Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund under the 14-day cancellation right:
*Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging.
*You may handle the item to inspect it—similar to how you would in a shop—but not use it in a way that diminishes its value.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds if the value has been reduced by your handling of the item.

Once we receive your email, we will confirm the return instructions.
6. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or receiving proof the item has been sent back).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us so we can check stock.
Exchanges are sent once the original item has been returned.
