Upon full payment being made, purchases will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Parcel Force, Royal Mail International Signed For, OR Global Express

 

Dispatch is normally on the next working day.

 

Delivery Time: UK: Approx. 2-3 working days / Worldwide: Approx. 5-7 working days.

 

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

We hope that you will be satisfied with any items purchased from Vintage by the Sea.  However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) we require that you:


(i)   contact vintagebythesea@mail.com or on 07429 361311 as soon as you receive the item(s) providing as much information as possible about why you wish to return the item(s)


(ii)  return the item(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the item(s)


(iii) return the item(s) in the same condition that they were received


(iv) pack the item(s) securely and return to us by recorded delivery

Once we have received the items(s) that you have returned, we will issue a full refund to you either by an online secure payment, or by bank transfer as agreed by both parties prior to the return of item(s).
