Return & Refund Policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with any items purchased from Vintage by the Sea Ltd. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) we require that you:
(i) contact enquiries@vintage-bythesea.co.uk or call 01642 951624 as soon as you receive the item(s) providing as much information as possible about why you wish to return the item(s)
(ii) return the item(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the item(s)
(iii) return the item(s) in the same condition that they were received
(iv) pack the item(s) securely and return to us by recorded delivery
Once we have received the items(s) that you have returned, we will issue a full refund to you either by an online secure payment, or by bank transfer as agreed by both parties prior to the return of item(s).
